Please read these terms carefully before using Polar Bear IPTV. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by the following conditions.
01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Polar Bear IPTV service, website, or subscription (collectively, the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of Polar Bear IPTV.
Important: Your continued use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
02 Description of Service
Polar Bear IPTV provides an Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) streaming service that allows subscribers to access live television channels, video-on-demand content, movies, series, and sports programming via the internet ("Service").
The Service includes access to:
- 20,000+ live television channels including international content
- 150,000+ on-demand movies and TV series
- Live sports including NFL, NBA, NHL, UFC, beIN Sports, Sky Sports, and Formula 1
- Electronic Program Guide (EPG) support
- Multi-device compatibility including Smart TV, Firestick, Android, iOS, MAG, and PC
- Up to 4 simultaneous connections depending on your subscription tier
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without prior notice.
03 Eligibility
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. Polar Bear IPTV is not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to comply with applicable laws.
04 Account & Credentials
Upon subscribing, you will receive a unique set of login credentials (username and password). You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
- Not sharing, selling, or transferring your credentials to third parties
Polar Bear IPTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be sharing credentials outside the purchased connection limit, without refund.
Connection Limit: Your subscription supports simultaneous streaming on the number of devices you purchased (1–4 connections). Exceeding this limit may result in service interruption or account suspension.
05 Acceptable Use
The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. Acceptable use includes:
- Personal viewing of content on compatible devices
- Using the Service within the connection limits of your subscription
- Installing the Service on compatible devices for personal use
- Contacting support for legitimate technical assistance
06 Prohibited Activities
You expressly agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the Service or your credentials to any third party
- Using the Service for any commercial purpose, including broadcasting in public venues
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any Service component
- Circumventing any technological protection measures or digital rights management systems
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or monitor the Service
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts, damages, or impairs the Service infrastructure
- Sharing your account credentials with individuals outside your household
- Using the Service to infringe upon any intellectual property rights
Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate account termination without refund and may expose you to legal liability.
07 Payment & Billing
All subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you authorize Polar Bear IPTV to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fee.
- All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated
- Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment confirmation
- Subscriptions do not auto-renew — you must manually renew upon expiration
- Polar Bear IPTV reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice
- Failed or fraudulent payments will result in immediate service suspension
08 Cancellation & Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time unless covered under our 7-day Money-Back Guarantee.
Polar Bear IPTV reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Chargebacks or disputed payments
- Misuse of credentials beyond purchased connection limits
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Polar Bear IPTV has no obligation to retain or provide account data after termination.
09 Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property associated with the Polar Bear IPTV brand are owned by or licensed to Polar Bear IPTV. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property owned by Polar Bear IPTV.
The content accessible through the Service may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content available through the Service without explicit written permission.
10 Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Polar Bear IPTV does not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
- All channels or content will be available at all times
- The Service will meet your specific requirements or expectations
- Any defects in the Service will be corrected within a specific timeframe
Streaming quality may be affected by factors outside our control, including your internet connection speed, network congestion, or device performance.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Polar Bear IPTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
In no event shall Polar Bear IPTV's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
12 Changes to These Terms
Polar Bear IPTV reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction, as applicable.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
